How Can I Place an Order?
You can start receiving services by creating your Finperion membership and verifying your email address. After creating your membership, you can log into the platform to:
Select your preferred subscription plan through the platform,
Fill in the required identity, company, and contact information for the subscription,
Choose the payment method and provide the necessary information,
Verify and confirm your plan content and the information you provided during the payment stage.
Once you confirm the accuracy of all your information and subscription selection, you can complete your subscription by accepting the Preliminary Information Form and Membership Agreement that includes this information and other legal notifications.
Will Contracts Related to My Subscription Be Sent to Me?
Upon approval of your subscription, information confirming your subscription approval will be sent to the email address you provided to us as soon as possible. Additionally, the Preliminary Information Form and Membership Agreement we have prepared regarding your subscription will be sent to your email address and will also be stored by us for legal retention periods.

Can I Cancel My Subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do this through the "Subscription Management" tab on the platform or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation Conditions:
Monthly subscriptions: Effective from the next billing period
Annual subscriptions: Access continues until the end of the current period
Trial version: You can cancel at any time
If you cancel your subscription, the refund period may vary depending on your bank, but it will be completed within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days. In most cases, the refund is processed on the same day or within the following 1–2 days.
What Are Your Subscription Withdrawal Conditions?
Our customers who qualify as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days after the commencement of service performance without showing any reason and without paying any penalty. According to article 15, paragraph (ÄŸ) of the DISTANCE CONTRACTS REGULATION titled "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal," there is a provision for "Contracts related to services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer." Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the service is completely performed.
How does Subscription Cancellation Take Place?
Upon notification of your subscription cancellation, it applies to your continuing subscriptions only after the complete month.

Is There a Different Procedure for Corporate Invoiced Subscription Cancellations?
In the case of corporate invoice subscriptions, the following steps are mandatory:
A signed cancellation request must be submitted by an authorized company representative
A cancellation approval must be provided with a company-stamped document
Coordination with your accounting department is required
Is the Process Different for Multiple User/Company Account Cancellations?
In multi-account management, the main account holder can manage all sub-accounts. Partial cancellation is not accepted for group subscriptions. All accounts must be cancelled collectively.
